Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery

We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).

Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.
Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.


We are happy to exchange your goods within 14 days of purchase providing they are in original condition and packaging along with proof of purchase. NB As we hang most of our Duvet covers they are often not supplied with packaging therefore this condition does not apply to these items.
If the purchases are faulty return the item(s) unused to us in their original condition together with proof of purchase and a description of the fault and we will replace or refund them under our obligations to the Consumer Guarantees Act.


We accept the following methods of payment from NZ residents only: Credit or Debit card, by PhoneCheque (please allow 5 working days for clearance), or Internet Banking
